With unlimited PTO, 12 paid holidays, being closed during "sandwich week" (aka a whole week off in December), and a 4.5-day workweek, our team has plenty of time to recharge their batteries away from work.

For employees expecting a child by birth or adoption, Waymark offers up to 18 weeks Primary Parental Leave, irrespective of length of service, gender, or time with Waymark.
